France imposed asset freezing sanctions under its autonomous counter-terrorims sanctions regime on a cultural association based in Aulnay-sous-Bois (Seine-Saint-Denis) along with two individuals linked to it, as well as any legal entities owned or controlled by them or acting knowingly on their behalf or instructions.
