The EU announced that Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Norway have aligned themselves with Council Decisions (CFSP) 2026/2164, 2026/2192, 2026/2258, 2026/2264, 2026/2279, 2026/2291 and 2026/2332 and will ensure their national policies conform. Liechtenstein also aligned with Decisions 2026/2192, 2026/2264, 2026/2279, 2026/2291 and 2026/2332. The decisions cover Russia’s destabilising activities, the situation in Russia, and actions undermining Ukraine’s territorial integrity, including military-industrial support, elections in occupied territories and sanctions circumvention. The November 3 statements report alignment commitments with existing EU measures; they do not establish new EU designations or individual national implementation dates.
