MOFCOM Consults on Draft Dual-Use Export-Control Investigation and Enforcement Measures

MOFCOM opened a public consultation on draft Measures for the Investigation and Enforcement of Dual-Use Item Export Controls on October 30, 2026. The draft was prepared under China’s Export Control Law and dual-use export-control regulations to standardize enforcement work. Comments are due November 29, 2026; the measures remain proposed.
