OFSI Extends Lukoil Bulgaria General Licence Until February 26, 2027

OFSI extended General Licence INT/2025/7895596 on October 28, 2026, allowing the continuation of specified business operations involving four named Lukoil Bulgaria entities and their subsidiaries until February 26, 2027. The licence permits specified payments and the provision and receipt of economic resources, and allows relevant UK institutions to process authorized payments. Entities relying on its business-operation permissions remain subject to its notification conditions.
