BIS renewed the temporary denial order against Mahan Airways and 11 other named parties under Section 766.24 of the Export Administration Regulations. The order was issued and became effective October 22, 2026, for one year and was published in the Federal Register on October 27. It continues restrictions on the denied persons’ participation in EAR-covered transactions and on others’ exports, reexports, transfers, financing and servicing involving them, subject to the order’s stated scope and exception. BIS found a pattern of repeated, ongoing or continuous apparent EAR violations.
