European Commission Removes LOGARCHEO from Iraq Asset-Freeze List

The European Commission removed LOGARCHEO S.A., also known as LOGARCHEO AG, from Annex IV to Regulation (EC) No 1210/2003 concerning restrictions on economic and financial relations with Iraq. Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/2388 gives effect to the UN Sanctions Committee’s October 5, 2026, decision to remove the Swiss-addressed entity from its asset-freeze list. The regulation was adopted October 21, published October 23 and entered into force October 24, 2026.
