The EU Council renewed the restrictive measures against the leadership of the Transnistrian region of the Republic of Moldova until October 31, 2027. Council Decision (CFSP) 2026/2397 replaces the expiry date in Article 4(2) of Decision 2010/573/CFSP. The Decision was adopted October 26, published October 27 and entered into force October 28, 2026.
