UK Delists Three Individuals and Varies Three ISIL and Al-Qaida Listings

The UK removed Bassam Ahmad Al-Hasri (AQD0155), Iyad Nazmi Salih Khalil (AQD0209) and Shafi Sultan Mohammed Al-Ajmi (AQD0314) from its ISIL (Da’esh) and Al-Qaida sanctions list following their UN delisting. The asset freeze, arms embargo and travel ban under this regime no longer apply to them. The UK separately varied the listings of Emilie Edwige Konig (AQD0167), Oumar Diaby (AQD0284) and Peter Cherif (AQD0286), who remain subject to those sanctions.
