UK Sanctions 15 Individuals Under the Sudan Regime

The UK imposed asset freezing sanctions, travel bans and director disqualification sanctions against 15 individuals under the Sudan (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020. The targets include commanders associated with the Rapid Support Forces, Sudanese Armed Forces and allied forces, designated for suspected involvement in violations of international humanitarian law, including attacks on civilians and conflict-related sexual violence. They include Hussein Abo Jalak, Abu Zaid Talha Al-Misbah and Al-Nour Ahmed Adam.
