ECJU Expands Military and Dual-Use Open General Export Licences

ECJU expanded its dual-use open general export licence to 12 additional destinations, including Bahrain, Jordan, Morocco, Oman, and the Philippines. It also announced broader destination and end-user coverage under two military goods, software and technology licences, including additional eligibility for government/NATO end users and commercial end users. The action was announced October 14, 2026 and added to the official collection October 19.
