OFAC Removes Two Individuals and Two Entities From the SDN List

OFAC removed China-based Lu Hezheng, Moxing Cartoon and Shanghai Hongman Cartoon and Animation Design Studio from the SDN List under its North Korea sanctions program. It also removed Belarus-based Andrei Alekseevich Rybakov; repeated alias entries in the notice represent the same persons rather than additional delistings.
