OFSI Issues General License for Ground Rent and Service Charge Payments

OFSI issued General License INT/2026/10050568, authorizing designated persons, or persons acting on their behalf, to make qualifying ground-rent, service-charge, and late-payment payments relating to eligible properties in England and Wales. The license permits payments to specified UK bank accounts of landlords, managing agents, or their representatives, subject to its conditions. It expires on October 11, 2027, and does not authorize payments to designated landlords.
