EU Council Extends Ukraine Territorial Integrity Sanctions Regime for Three Years

The EU Council announced that it prolonged the restrictive measures under Regulation 269/2014 targeting those responsible for undermining Ukraine's territorial integrity, sovereignty, and independence until 22 September 2029, maintaining travel bans, asset freezes, and the funds-availability prohibition against more than 3,000 listed individuals and entities. As part of the periodic review, the Council declined to renew the listings of three individuals and one entity and removed three deceased persons from the list.
