EU Council adopted Decision (CFSP) 2026/2103 extending the sunset clause under Article 6 to September 22, 2026

The Council of the EU adopted Decision (CFSP) 2026/2103 amending Decision 2014/145/CFSP concerning restrictive measures over actions undermining or threatening Ukraine's territorial integrity, sovereignty, and independence. The amendment extends the sunset clause under Article 6 to September 22, 2026 intended to give the Council additional time to comprehensively review the underlying listing regime before its next substantive renewal decision.
